If you would like to return an item, you must first contact us at info@magicwood.us within 30 days of the date your order was shipped. A product return without prior notice and consent will not be entertained.
Returned items must be sent back to us in the original packaging along
with all accessories, manuals, etc. Otherwise, a refund will be voided.
After 30 days, a 20% restocking fee
will apply to all returned items and buyers must pay all shipping costs
to return the items. Unless the return is due to manufacturing defects,
all terms above apply to any returned items.
